All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days via USPS, unless otherwise stated.
For pre-orders, estimated delivery dates will be clearly noted in the product description.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout—Milagro Turquoise Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
No refunds. Exchanges only.

If you'd like to make an exchange, you must contact us via email within 7 days of the delivery date to receive store credit.
